On the other hand people are questioning Audi's ability to keep up with the ever changing market and be able to produce electric vehicles up to standards to compete with the rest.
Audi's value proposition is providing luxury vehicles, with new technology, better safety, and performance. The commit to innovation, design, and sustainability.

Audi uses social media and commercials to market their vehicle. They use a lot of storytelling. They also market social media with influencers and interactive ads. They must be able to engage customers constantly and maintain high level of customer service.
Audi does not respond to comments about their brand but they should for effective customer service which is their challenge.
