I chose Audi to look into as a company and what people are saying about the company. People are praising Audi for its aesthetic designs, luxury, and performance. People are also discussing specific model of cars and personal experience. On the other hand people are questioning Audi's ability to keep up with the ever changing market and be able to produce electric vehicles up to standards to compete with the rest. 

Audi's value proposition is providing luxury vehicles, with new technology, better safety, and performance. The commit to innovation, design, and sustainability.

This shows how luxurious and sleek and appealing the brand is. Shows people in the market for a new car why this stands out.

This shows that the value proposition is working.

This comment shows bad customer service and shows how important customer service is. 

Audi uses social media and commercials to market their vehicle. They use a lot of storytelling. They also market social media with influencers and interactive ads. They must be able to engage customers constantly and maintain high level of customer service. 

Audi does not respond to comments about their brand but they should for effective customer service which is their challenge. 

This assignment showed how important it is to market your product constantly and effectively.
